The content on this website is for informational purposes regarding our current and potential future capabilities and does not constitute a binding contract for services until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Task Order is executed.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the Apex Defense Solutions logo, the "Global Readiness. Regional Expertise. Tactical Precision." tagline, mission graphics, technical white papers are the exclusive property of Apex Defense Solutions LLC.

Prohibition: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any site assets for commercial purposes without express written consent.

3. Submission of Information & Security

Given our involvement in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting:

No Classified Data: Users are strictly prohibited from submitting Classified, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or export-controlled data (ITAR/EAR) through this website’s contact forms.
Accuracy: You agree that all information provided to Apex Defense Solutions LLC via this site is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide such data.

4. Teaming & Partnerships

Inquiries regarding Teaming Agreements, Joint Ventures, or subcontracting roles do not establish a formal partnership. A formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Teaming Agreement signed by an authorized officer of Apex Defense Solutions LLC is required to establish a legal partnership.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Defense Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that the technical descriptions or service availability listed are always up-to-date.
